Karen is responsible for managing The Source Selection, a new mid-level recruitment division of Shirley Associates serving the non-profit sector. Prior to launching The Source Selection, Karen was a partner in the office of a New York recruitment firm.  She has worked in the staffing profession for over four years.  Her prior experience encompasses marketing for Yahoo and personnel training in Europe.
